Taking care of our mental health seems like an incredibly overwhelming task that we don’t want to deal with it acc can much simpler than we think because when we postpone things we tend to over complicated them  taking care of one’s mental health does not mean changing your life overnight it’s done through small steps and tasks that can slowly but surely overtime help you with achieving a peaceful, calm and healthy mind because we also sometimes don’t realize how much our mental health can also affect our physical health so here are some small steps to take to overall improve your mental health
